Now taking a few founding firms

More signed cases from the leads you already pay for.

LawLead Loop is the team that runs intake and growth for personal-injury firms. Every call, form and message answered in under a minute, day or night, followed up until it's booked, and tracked all the way to a signed case.

The leak

Most firms don't have a lead problem. They have an intake problem.

Personal-injury leads are some of the most expensive in advertising. Yet when researchers called and wrote to US law firms as prospective clients, most never got a live answer.

40%of firms answered the phone in a secret-shopper test
48%of firms could not be reached by phone at all
33%of firms answered an email enquiry
$150–$500what a single personal-injury lead often costs
01

Slow or no answer

Calls at 9 pm and on Sundays go to voicemail. Web forms wait until morning. By then the person has called the next firm.

02

Consults that don't happen

Booked consultations no-show, and nobody rebooks them. A paid-for lead quietly drops out.

03

Retainers left unsigned

The agreement goes out, then sits. No reminder, no call, no clear yes or no.

04

The old unsigned pile

Months of past enquiries that never signed and that nobody works, some still well within their window.

05

No line from source to signed case

You know what each lead source costs. You can't easily see which one produced the cases you signed.

06

Staff stretched thin

Intake staff juggle new calls, follow-ups and paperwork, so the follow-up is what slips.

What we run

One team for intake, follow-up and the numbers.

Not another tool for your staff to learn. We set it up around how your firm already works, run it every day, and report what it produced.

1

Intake, 24/7

Every call, form, chat and text answered in under a minute. Your staff by day; an AI intake assistant after hours and for overflow, with a Spanish option. Questions set per case type (date, injuries, what happened, "do you already have a lawyer?"), the consult booked on the right attorney's calendar, and a fast handoff to a person when it matters.

2

Follow-up and retainer chase

People who enquired but didn't book get a short sequence by text, email and call. Consult reminders, no-show rebooking, and polite reminders on unsigned retainers until there's a clear yes or no.

3

Backlog recovery

We work your last 6 to 24 months of unsigned leads, consented contacts only, after an attorney marks which are still viable, and book the ones who still want help. No ad spend, and usually the fastest proof.

4

Reviews and referrals

Google review requests when a case closes, check-ins with past clients, and steady contact with your referral partners. Never paid referrals.

5

Tracking and reporting

Tracked numbers and source tags, a dashboard from lead to consult to signed case to expected fees, cost per signed case, and a one-page report every month.

6

Lead generation Established clients

Once intake is running well, we can add Google Local Services Ads, Google Search and practice-area landing pages with proper consent. Available for established clients; your firm pays the ad spend directly.

Your stack

Works inside Clio. Doesn't replace it.

Your case-management system stays the source of truth. We plug into it, so intake notes, bookings and signed cases land where your team already looks.

The Intake Audit.

Before you hire anyone, find out what actually happens when a new client contacts your firm, and what it costs you.

  • We mystery-shop your firmCalls, web forms, chat and email, during the day, at night and at the weekend, with your written permission.
  • We count the unsigned backlogFrom a read-only export: unsigned leads, no-shows and unsigned retainers, by case type and age.
  • We show the dollars lostLead spend on slow leads and the signed cases they likely cost you, worked out with your own numbers, not ours.

What you get

Delivered in about two weeks, with a 30-minute walkthrough for the managing partner and intake lead.

  1. A scorecard per channel and time of day, with timestamps and call recordings (recorded only where allowed, with notice where required).
  2. Your backlog number: unsigned leads with consent, without consent, and those your attorney needs to review.
  3. Your dollar-loss estimate, built from your lead spend, conversion rates and fees.
  4. A 30-day plan with the three fixes that matter most, whether or not you hire us.
  5. A list of every test record so you can delete them. We never ask for legal advice, and any test consult is cancelled the same day.
How it works

Audit. Build. Run.

A short, clear path, with your attorneys approving anything that speaks for the firm.

Audit

We test your intake, count the backlog and put a number on the leak. You decide what to fix, with or without us.

Build

Scripts per case type, your state rule sheet, consent wording, calendar routing and your case-system connection. Your responsible attorney approves every script before it goes live.

Run

We answer, follow up, work the backlog and adjust every week. Each month you get a one-page report in signed cases and cost per signed case.

Ethics and compliance

Fast, and careful about the rules.

Your licence is what's at stake, so the guardrails are part of the build, not an afterthought. Your firm's attorneys approve the scripts and the rule sheet for each state you serve.

No legal adviceIntake collects facts and books consultations. No opinions on fault, case value, deadlines or whether someone "has a case". Those go to an attorney.
AI says what it isEvery AI call opens by saying it's the firm's AI intake assistant, not a lawyer, and callers can ask for a person at any time.
Consent before calls and textsCalls and texts only to people who contacted the firm and agreed to be contacted. STOP is honoured instantly.
"Already represented?" screenAsked early. If someone already has a lawyer, intake stops and an attorney decides what happens next.
No outreach to people who didn't askWe never contact accident victims who didn't contact your firm. No accident lists, no police-report leads, no cold calls.
Recording noticesCalls are announced as recorded, and recording follows the consent rules of the states involved.
LawLead Loop is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or refer cases. We charge flat fees for our work, never per lead, per case or as a share of legal fees.
FAQ

Questions partners ask us.

Isn't this what Clio Grow does?

Clio Grow is software, and a good one. It gives your team tools to manage intake, and its newer AI features can answer and book. We're the team that runs intake for you: scripts written for your case types, follow-up and retainer chase, working the old unsigned pile, and a monthly report in signed cases. If you use Clio Grow, we work inside it rather than beside it.

Will clients know it's AI?

Yes, always. The AI intake assistant says in its first lines that it's the firm's AI assistant, that it isn't a lawyer, and that the call is recorded. It repeats that if asked, never claims to be a person, and hands off to a member of your team whenever a caller asks or the situation calls for it.

Does it replace my intake staff?

No. Your staff handle intake during the day as they do now. The AI covers nights, weekends and overflow, and the follow-up work that tends to slip. Urgent or sensitive calls, such as a serious injury, go straight to the person your firm names.

Can you handle Spanish-speaking callers?

Yes. Spanish intake is available, either by a Spanish-speaking AI assistant or a transfer to your bilingual staff. Spanish scripts are written and reviewed by a native-speaking legal intake professional, not machine-translated, and consults are booked with a Spanish-speaking attorney or interpreter, as your firm routes them.

What about bar rules?

We aren't lawyers and don't give ethics advice, so your firm's attorneys stay in charge of compliance. The service is designed around the rules that come up most: solicitation rules on live contact, state accident-solicitation windows, AI-disclosure guidance for lawyers, and consent rules for AI calls and texts. Your responsible attorney approves every script and the rule sheet for each state you serve, and we suggest a review by your own ethics counsel.

Do you guarantee signed cases?

No, and be wary of anyone who does. We guarantee the work: response times, follow-up, setup on the agreed timeline, and honest monthly reporting.

Founding firms

A few founding spots.

We're taking on a few founding firms while we build our track record. It's a working partnership: more of our attention up front, and honest numbers in return.

What founding firms get

  • Personal setup. We build your scripts, rule sheet, routing and case-system connection with you directly, not from a template.
  • The Intake Audit first. Founding firms go first, so you see where leads leak before anything else is built.

What we ask in return

  • Honest before and after numbers. Response times, consults and signed cases, measured in your own system.
  • A short written case study, only if it earns it. If the results aren't worth writing about, there's no case study, and nothing is published without your approval.

Spots are limited because founding setup is hands-on. Apply below and we'll tell you honestly whether we're a fit.
