LawLead Loop is a service operated by Audire, Inc. ("we", "us"), a LoopForth company. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• From law firms and their staff: information you give us when you contact us or become a client, such as your name, firm name, work email, phone number and practice details.
• On behalf of our client firms: information that people submit to a client firm, for example a name, phone number, email, preferred language, the basic facts of an enquiry, appointment details and call recordings or transcripts. For that information the law firm is in charge, and we process it only on the firm's instructions and to provide our services to that firm.
• From our website: basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited.

How we use it

• To provide and improve our services, respond to enquiries, and send service messages.
• To answer, follow up with and book consultations for people who contacted one of our client firms, and only people who asked to be contacted.
• To produce reports for our client firms about their own leads and cases.

We do not use client-firm data or call transcripts to train AI models, and we do not use it for our own marketing.

Text messages and calls

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except service providers that deliver the messages, and only to send them.

Text messages are sent only to people who have agreed to receive them. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

Some calls are made or answered by an AI voice assistant on behalf of a law firm. The assistant says at the start of the call that it is an AI and not a lawyer, and you can ask to speak with a person at any time. Calls may be recorded, and you will be told when they are.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the law firm you contacted, with service providers that help us run our services (for example hosting, telephony, messaging, email, calendar and case-management integrations), under appropriate agreements, or when the law requires it.

Retention and security

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, as agreed with the client firm, or as required by law, and protect it with reasonable administrative, technical and physical security measures.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or opt out of messages at any time. If your information came to us through one of our client firms, we will pass your request to that firm, which decides how to handle it.

Changes

We may update this policy and will post the new date above.
